晶瑞电材（300655）发布公告，公司与2025年12月29日召开职工代表大会，选举胡建康为职工代表董事，胡建康由非职工代表董事变更为职工代表董事，任期至公司第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
胡建康，1981年出生，曾担任公司生产部长、生产运营总监监事、副总经理，现任公司董事兼总经理。
2025年前三季度，晶瑞电材实现收入11.87亿元，归母净利润1.28亿元。
