格隆汇12月29日丨南芯科技(688484.SH)公布，公司拟与行至存储科技（苏州）有限公司（简称“苏州行至”）签订《技术开发授权协议》，公司委托苏州行至定制开发适配于合作制造商及其产品的IP，并取得苏州行至交付的IP产品的永久许可。
