中国海油（600938/00883/80883）发布公告，陈泽铭因接受中国香港特别行政区政府委任职务，辞任公司独立非执行董事，自2025年12月29日起生效。辞任后，陈泽铭亦将不再担任公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员。
同时，董事会宣布独立非执行董事邱致中获委任为公司审核委员会成员，独立非执行董事林伯强获委任为公司薪酬委员会成员，均自2025年12月29日起生效。
2025年前三季度，中国海油实现收入3125.03亿元，归母净利润1019.71亿元。
