12月29日，远达环保（600292）发布公告，聘任李铁为公司总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第十届董事会换届时止。
李铁出生于1976年，拥有学士学位，具备正高级会计师、注册会计师、注册资产评估师及注册税务师等多项专业资格，曾在多家企业担任财务相关职务。
2025年前三季度，远达环保实现收入29.36亿元，归母净利润5603万元。
