12月22日-12月28日，北京市商品住宅成交905套，成交金额74.3亿元。其中，位于通州城市副中心的中建·运河玖院以179套、2.27万㎡、13.99亿元的成绩，再次成为全市新房网签周度套数、面积、金额“三冠王”。
据悉，该项目9月20日首期开盘，便热销573套，成为前11月北京住宅市场网签套数、面积TOP1。12月20日，项目二期入市，再度热销298套。截至目前，项目累计网签量已经突破800套。
