12月28日，环球网援引路透社等外媒报道，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫在接受塔斯社的采访中表示，日本正加快军事化进程，俄方建议东京在做任何草率决定前都应“慎重考虑”。“最近，日本领导层确实采取了加速该国军事化的路线。这种做法对地区稳定的不利影响显而易见。日本在做任何草率决定之前都应该仔细权衡，”拉夫罗夫说。
