盐城市滨海县坎北街道坎果路，原老204国道。挖开了几个月了没修，路面石头对过往车辆轮胎形成很大损伤。市民质疑：坎北街道和道路部门干的什么事情？既然扒掉了，那就把它修起来，这不是害人吗？
