为高新四路贯通，光谷这里用地规划调整！
12月26日，为尽快贯通高新四路，东湖高新技术开发区规划局发布了关于新城组群E0208、E0209编制单元局部用地控制性详细规划导则变更论证可行性必要性征求意见的公示。
将高新四路沿线商业服务业用地减少约0.90公顷，公共管理与公共服务用地增加约0.35公顷、城市道路用地增加约0.55公顷，其他用地及设施规模不变，公示时间:2025年12月26日-2026年1月4日。
