近日，据河南省市场监管局（知识产权局）消息，今年1—11月，河南省新增授权专利74305件。其中，发明专利授权量为13133件，实用新型专利授权量为48286件，外观设计专利授权量为12886件。
截至11月底，河南省发明专利有效量为100592件。
