西安市鄠邑区应急管理局近日发布《关于烟花爆竹存量置换的公告》，群众携带存量烟花爆竹到置换点位，经工作人员核验登记后，发放香皂、洗手液、大米、面粉、食用油等物品。活动时间为即日起至2026年3月4日（正月十六）。置换范围为居民已购买的烟花爆竹，且符合《烟花爆竹安全与质量》（GB10631-2013）规定的C 级、D 级个人燃放类产品。
