珍宝岛公告称，公司收到控股股东创达集团通知，其2023年第一期可交债“23创01EB”换股价格将调整。该债券发行规模9.1亿元，期限3年。因2025年11月14日至12月25日，标的股票在换股期内连续30个交易日中已有10个交易日收盘价低于10元/股，触发换股价格自动下修条款。换股价格将从10.50元/股自动下修至8.80元/股，2025年12月30日生效。下修后，预备用于交换的股票数量仍满足全部换股所需。
