12月26日，天能重工（300569）发布公告，经公司总经理黄文峰提名，董事会同意聘任王浩宇为副总经理，任期至第五届董事会届满之日止。
王浩宇，1971年10月出生，曾任珠海国际货柜码头（高栏）有限公司董事长兼总经理，珠海港控股集团有限公司港航营运中心总经理等职。
2025年前三季度，天能重工实现收入25.13亿元，归母净利润8406万元。
