人民财讯12月26日电，桂冠电力(600236)12月26日公告，下属龙滩水电站通航建筑物建设方案由500吨级变更为1000吨级并即将开工，全资子公司龙滩公司按项目原500吨级通航建筑物投资24.3亿元筹措资金，贵州省交通运输厅负责其余部分23.21亿元的资金筹措。项目计划2025年12月底开工建设，2031年9月20日完成有水调试，具备试通航条件。
