水利部淮河水利委员会消息，淮河房总淮伟于昨天二十点分别启动防汛四级应急响应和洪水防御四级应急响应。
清明两天，淮河流域自西向东有一次大到暴雨的降水过程，受此影响，淮河干支流将出现明显的涨水过程，部分中小河流可能发生超紧洪水。
