12月25日，住房城乡建设部公布最新数据，2025年1-11月全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.58万个，较全年计划目标2.5万个超出800个，完成率达103%。
分地区看，北京、天津、河北、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东、广西、海南、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海等22个省级行政区及新疆生产建设兵团已提前完成年度改造计划。
