12月26日消息，据报道，富士通将加入由软银等公司推动的下一代存储器研发项目，该项目将利用英特尔和东京大学的技术，目标是在2027财年实现技术商业化，并在2029财年建立量产体系。今年6月，英特尔已与软银宣布携手，合作开发一种堆叠式DRAM解决方案，以替代高带宽存储器。
