格隆汇12月25日｜据国际文传电讯社，12月24日，俄罗斯莫斯科市及莫斯科州电网电力消费创下历史新高，达到19.968吉瓦，比去年12月创下的前纪录高出85兆瓦。俄罗斯统一电力系统运营商在社交媒体上公布了这一数据。同一天，卡卢加州电网用电负荷也刷新历史纪录，达1.317吉瓦。此外，12月25日，沃罗涅日能源系统用电负荷达到2.063吉瓦，比1990年创下的纪录高出17兆瓦。系统运营商表示，低温是推高电力消费的主要因素之一。
