在罗永浩12月25日发布的访谈中，影石创始人刘靖康回应了此前给员工撒钱引发的争议。今年8月，他从楼上给楼下员工撒钱的视频在网上流传，引人质疑企业文化。刘靖康表示，撒现金是每开一个新系列都会有的传统，但是从视频拍摄的角度来看的确印象不好。目前公司已经把撒钱改成了发红包。
