格隆汇12月25日丨洁雅股份(301108.SZ)公布，为落实、完善公司国际化战略发展布局，加大市场辐射的深度和广度，公司在埃及购买土地并投资建设生产基地。2025年12月23日，公司与埃及泰达特区开发公司签订《土地使用权转让合同》，使用自有资金846.54万美元购买位于苏伊士省因苏哈那苏伊士湾西北经济区的160,000平方米的土地使用权，作为公司在埃及建设生产基地的经营用地。
