IT之家 12 月 25 日消息，HighPoint 近日推出了业界首款独立的 PCIe 5.0×16 CopprLink 外接适配器 Rocket 7634D，售价达 999 美元（现汇率约合 7018 元人民币）。
CopprLink 是 PCI-SIG 为 PCIe 5.0 / 6.0 高速连接开发的新型系统内外部 PCIe 互联线材规范，其中适用于外接布线的 CopprLink 采用 SFF-TA-1032 规范连接器，支持数米级别的连接。
Rocket 7634D 基于博通 48 通道 PCIe 交换芯片 PEX89048，尾部提供 1 组 CDFP-CopprLink ×16 接口。其采用半高单宽设计，长度为 6.5 英寸（IT之家注：约 165.1 毫米）。
