近日，河南郑州大学第三附属医院接诊了一名17岁还没来例假的女生，医生检查发现该患者没有子宫，而且染色体核型为46XY，存在睾丸的性腺，相当于是“女儿身男儿芯”，最终经过多科医生会诊，为这名患者做了性腺切除术。医生提醒家长，如果孩子大于14岁还没有来例假，或者是下腹部腹股沟有异常的包块，一定要及时就医。
