南方传媒（601900）发布公告，董事、总经理叶河因工作调动申请辞去公司董事、总经理及董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞职时间为2025年12月25日。叶河的原定任期到期日为2028年9月22日，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，南方传媒实现收入62.83亿元，归母净利润8.51亿元。
