日前，中国田径协会正式发布《关于公布2026年马拉松赛事目录的通知》，2026年全国预计将举办492场马拉松赛事，包括254场A类赛事、67场B类赛事及171场C类赛事。根据目录显示，2026年，山西省将举办13场马拉松赛事，覆盖了8个地级市。
