人民财讯12月25日电，近日，ETC助手宣布基于腾讯混元等底层大模型打造的ETC领域首款AI智能体“助手Agent”正式上线，用户只需通过文本或语音发出指令，智能体即可理解并执行。自今年启动内测以来，该智能体问答准确率达95%，问题解决率达90%。
