12月24日，瑞茂通（600180）发布公告，截至公告披露日，公司及子公司在过去12个月内累计发生的尚未披露的诉讼事项，涉案金额合计约为10.21亿元人民币，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的12.95%。同时，累计尚未结案的诉讼事项涉案金额达22.26亿元人民币，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的28.21%。
2025年前三季度，瑞茂通实现收入160.14亿元，归母净利润7476万元。
