近日，广东省交通运输厅发布《交通运输行政许可决定书》，同意广东中茂化北高速公路有限公司的广西北流（粤桂界）至广东化州高速公路K59+420~K61+130（先行用地范围内）施工许可。这也意味着化北高速先行段具备施工的行政条件，有望近期进场施工。
