企查查APP显示，近日，法院对北京普思投资有限公司名下上海麦戟文化传播有限公司8%股权拍卖进行预告，起拍价10.75万元。
值得注意的是，在竞买公告中提示“该部分股权价值评估值为-166.62万元，以评估费等必要费用作为该标的起拍价，起拍价为10.75万元”。企查查信息显示，北京普思投资有限公司由王思聪担任法定代表人、执行董事、经理并全资持股。
