近日，昊海生科发布公告称，公司控股股东、实际控制人之一蒋伟已其收到中国证监会出具的《行政处罚决定书》，因其进行内幕交易，并建议他人买卖证券行为，中国证监会没收蒋伟违法所得470.97万元，并对其处以1462.92万元罚款，合计约1933.89万元。
