12月24日，据晶盛机电消息，12英寸单片式碳化硅外延生长设备已交付碳化硅（SiC）外延晶片生产商瀚天天成，其使用的12英寸衬底则由浙江晶瑞SuperSiC提供。此次研发的12英寸单片式SiC外延设备可兼容8、12英寸SiC外延生产。
