阳光讯（记者 余剑）近日，西安市临潼区卫生健康局对临潼博仁医院未告知患者及其家属无创检查替代方案,未充分保障患者及家属知情同意及选择替代方案权利的行为，依据《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》第四十七条第二项,参照《陕西省卫生健康行政处罚自由裁量权实施标准》，作出临卫医罚﹝2025﹞11号行政处罚：给予警告,并处罚款人民币40000元。
