北京时间12月23日，科蒂公司宣布，Markus Strobel将出任集团董事会主席兼临时首席执行官，该任命自2026年1月1日起生效。Strobel将接替Peter Harf，后者在服务公司三十余年后将从董事会退休；同时，Sue Nabi将在担任首席执行官五年后卸任。在加入科蒂之前，Strobel任职于宝洁公司。
