格隆汇12月23日丨东方海洋(002086.SZ)公布，公司近日获悉，国元基金于2025年12月19日至2025年12月22日通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份1538.5万股，于2025年12月23日通过大宗交易方式减持48万股，共计减持1586.5万股，占公司总股本的0.81%。国元基金持有公司股份1.18亿股，持股比例降低为6.00%，变动触及1%的整数倍。
