12月23日，世联行（002285）发布公告，朱江因个人原因辞去公司董事及董事会专门委员会职务，辞职后仍担任公司总经理。朱江在任职期间持有公司12万股股票。
同时，公司于2025年12月23日召开职工代表大会，莫华当选为公司第六届董事会职工董事。
2025年前三季度，世联行实现收入14.80亿元，归母净利润-4155万元。
