人民财讯12月23日电，太极集团(600129)12月23日公告，公司全资子公司太极集团重庆涪陵制药厂有限公司持有参股公司重庆阿依达太极泉水股份有限公司(简称“阿依达”)40%的股份，该公司拟通过挂牌转让方式对外公开转让上述股份，首次公开挂牌转让价格为10.8万元。此次转让有利于公司聚焦医药主业，加大“两资两非”企业清理，提升管理效能。
