IT之家 12 月 23 日消息，LG Display（IT之家注：乐金显示、LGD）当地时间本月 17 日宣布时隔十三年推出新的 OLED 技术品牌：Tandem WOLED、Tandem OLED。
Tandem 叠层 / 堆栈技术是这两个品牌的共同核心元素，该设计提供了更长的使用寿命、更低的能耗、更高的亮度。
Tandem WOLED 主要适用于大尺寸 OLED 电视和显示器，而 Tandem OLED 则用于汽车、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等领域。LGD 对这两个概念进行区分不仅强调了 WOLED 的白色光源特征也显示应用领域的差异。
