网友“大斌”告诉记者，他于2025年10月20日通过经主播“九天”推荐，在其直播间购买了“冠齐安九天专卖店”售卖的商品“鹿贝勒鹿茸血”，单价为99.9元/盒，每盒共四瓶鹿茸血，每瓶含量为240毫升。经检测后，发现该“鹿茸血”为猪源性血液或制品。
