12月22日，天玑科技（300245）发布公告，公司收到上海市虹口区人民检察院送达的《起诉书》，上海市虹口区人民检察院以公司及相关责任人涉嫌在一项目中串通投标提起诉讼。
截至目前，公司生产经营正常，上述事件暂未对公司产生重大影响。
2025年前三季度，天玑科技实现收入3.08亿元，归母净利润-4291万元。
