祁连9号公路，属于国道213线甘肃肃南至青海祁连段。这是青甘旅游大环线中一条穿越祁连山的自驾特色分支线路，沿途分布着冰川、丹霞、森林、草甸等地貌景观。
这里春有野花烂漫，夏宜避暑纳凉，秋赏层林尽染，冬观银装素裹，是游客探访大美青海的“宝藏”自驾线路。
