当地时间22日，日本新潟县议会批准了有关补充预算，将重启因地震于2012年关闭的新潟县柏崎刈羽核电站。
柏崎刈羽核电站位于日本西北部新潟县，是日本最大的核电站。自2011年福岛第一核电站发生严重核泄漏事故后，日本政府下令关闭了境内所有核电站，柏崎刈羽核电站自2012年3月起关闭。
