美国ITC投票决定对特定蒸发器设备、所使用的烟弹及其组件II启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1469）。美国NJOY, LLC、美国Altria Group Distribution Company、美国Altria Client Services LLC向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号12,115,303、12,194,227），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。美国JUUL Labs, Inc.为列名被告。
