12 月 15 日，洋县西站接 G308 次移交的 55 岁走失老人。老人无购票记录、无钱无手机，车站联系家属未果。客运值班员田培莹协调洋县救助站，为老人购 D1937 次洋县西至成都东车票，护送进站并与列车长完成重点交接。（汉中车务段 张华权）
