国盾量子12月19日晚间公告，公司拟与曲泉（武汉）科技有限公司（下称“曲泉科技”）签订1份采购服务合同，委托其研究开发“国盾量子EDA软件”并提供相关技术服务，预计金额为870.00万元。曲泉科技为公司的参股公司，公司持股30%。
