12月19日，电科数字（600850）发布公告，副总经理黄斌因工作调整于2025年12月18日离任，原定任期到期日为2026年3月16日。
黄斌在离任后将继续在公司控股子公司上海华讯网络系统有限公司担任副总裁，且不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
2025年前三季度，电科数字实现收入75.63亿元，归母净利润2.55亿元。
