“我心情不好，跟你讲清楚，直接来把公安局给你掀了，你可以来抓我，听到没有。”近日，德阳罗江一男子给110打电话，表示自己心情不好，并在电话中辱骂接线人员，要求公安局上门抓自己。12月19日，记者从罗江区公安局获悉，目前违法人员唐某已经被德阳市公安局罗江区分局依法行政拘留。
