近日，石家庄杨女士的12306账号下，突然多出了三张高铁商务座的车票，每张价值3000多元。记者从12306获悉，这3张票均为团体票，在香港西九龙线下购买。杨女士在两年前丢失过身份证，也曾在第三方平台上购过票。12306工作人员提出，可能是之前在第三方平台购票造成了信息泄露。目前，杨女士已操作退票，暂未造成经济损失。封面新闻记者 吴冰清 编辑 张海琳
