当地时间12月18日，俄罗斯中央银行发布正式声明，将通过莫斯科仲裁法院向欧洲清算银行追索损失。索赔理由是其资产被非法冻结和使用，索赔金额包含被非法持有的资产的等值金额及因资产被非法持有和使用所产生的相应利润损失。
声明重申，俄央行索赔金额超过18万亿卢布（约合1.6万亿元人民币）。据悉，该案的预备听证会已定于2026年1月16日举行。（央视新闻）
