中金公司12月18日公告，公司2025年半年度利润分配方案已经公司2025年第一次临时股东大会审议通过。以总股本48.27亿股为基数，每股派发现金红利人民币0.09元（含税），共计派发现金红利人民币4.34亿元（含税）。股权登记日为2025年12月26日，除权（息）日和现金红利发放日均为2025年12月29日。H股股东的2025年中期股息派发事宜不适用本公告。
