人民财讯12月18日电，12月18日，摩根士丹利中国首席经济学家邢自强在《财经》年会2026：预测与战略暨2025全球财富管理论坛上表示，为购房人减负，可考虑优先选择大城市，用财政或“准财政”手段，为居民按揭贷款进行100个基点甚至以上水平的贷款贴息，改善部分城市的租金回报率，改变老百姓购房预期。
