12月18日，中视金桥（00623）发布公告，公司将按发售价认购迅策科技（03317）投资者股份。
据悉，公司已同意认购，迅策科技已同意根据国际发售及作为国际发售一部分，按发售价向公司发行、配发及配售投资者股份，基石投资金额为1000万美元。
