据 Cointelegraph 报道，Solana MEV 基础设施项目 Jito 的非营利组织 Jito Foundation 表示将“迁回美国”。Jito Labs CEO Lucas Bruder 称，基金会此前因所谓“Operation Chokepoint 2.0”期间加密行业遭去银行化被迫在海外运营，他提到 GENIUS 法案的通过、国会推进加密市场结构法案等监管变化是基金会重返美国的原因。
